Complaints, Concerns, and Accountability
Illinois Law Enforcement Concerns
Each of the law enforcement agencies participating in the Unified Command have an established process to accept and review complaints against officers and take action as required. Concerns or complaints related to the conduct of Illinois law enforcement personnel should be submitted through the respective agency's complaint process.
Federal Immigration Enforcement Concerns
Concerns related to immigration enforcement decisions, detention status, transfers, release decisions, detention conditions, or federal facility operations should be directed to ICE.
All emergencies or situations requiring immediate response should be reported by calling 911.
